적용 범위와 기본 원칙
이 방침은 안정형되기: 관계 습관 연습(Become Secure: Daily Practice)의 Android 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱 계정이 필요 없으며, 자기성찰과 관계 습관 연습을 기기 안에서 제공합니다. 광고 또는 사용 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않고 사용자의 답변과 기록을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
기기에 저장하는 정보와 용도
사용자가 입력한 별명, 20문항 답변과 그에 따른 참고 결과, 연습 선택, 하루 연습과 잠시 멈춤의 진행 기록, 사용자가 남긴 글, 카드와 앱 설정을 기기 내부 저장소에 보관합니다. 이 정보는 이전 기록을 다시 보여 주고 다음 연습을 이어 가기 위해 사용됩니다. 별명과 자유 입력 내용은 사용자가 직접 선택하여 입력합니다.
답변과 결과는 자기이해와 연습을 위한 참고 자료이며 의료적 진단, 치료 또는 건강 상태 판정을 위한 정보가 아닙니다.
권한과 다른 앱의 정보
이 앱은 다른 앱의 화면, 연락처, 통화·문자 기록, 위치, 카메라, 마이크나 사진 보관함을 읽지 않습니다. SNS 공유는 선택한 카드 파일을 전달하는 Android 공유 기능으로 처리합니다.
사용자가 선택하는 공유와 외부 링크
카드를 공유하면 Android 공유창에서 사용자가 고른 앱에 선택한 카드 이미지와 공유 문구가 전달됩니다. 앱은 SNS 계정에 로그인하지 않으며 자동으로 게시하지 않습니다. 전달된 콘텐츠는 받는 앱의 개인정보처리방침과 사용자가 선택한 공개 범위에 따라 처리됩니다. 외부 링크를 열면 브라우저나 대상 앱이 해당 요청을 처리합니다.
공유용 성취 카드는 비공개 문항 답변과 자유 기록을 담지 않도록 구성되어 있습니다. 보내기 전에 카드와 문구를 확인할 수 있습니다.
보관과 삭제
기기 내 설정과 기록은 Android 설정에서 이 앱의 저장공간을 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱의 Android 자동 백업과 기기 간 데이터 이전은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 공유를 위해 만든 이미지의 임시 사본은 앱 캐시에 남을 수 있으며, 앱이나 Android가 캐시를 정리하거나 사용자가 캐시를 지울 때 삭제됩니다. 직접 저장하거나 다른 앱으로 보낸 사본은 해당 위치에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 개발자는 기기 안의 기록을 원격으로 열람하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.
고객지원 이메일
지원 메일을 직접 보내면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 사용자가 첨부한 자료가 메일 서비스를 통해 지원팀에 전달됩니다. 이 정보는 문의 처리에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 이후에는 법적 보관 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 삭제합니다. 앱의 비공개 기록이나 다른 사람의 개인정보를 보내지 않아도 지원을 받을 수 있습니다.
변경과 문의
앱의 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 내용과 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy policy
Scope and approach
This policy applies to the Android app Become Secure: Daily Practice (안정형되기: 관계 습관 연습). No app account is required. Self-reflection and relationship-practice features run on your device. The app uses no advertising or usage-analytics SDKs and does not send your answers or records to a developer server.
Local information and its purpose
The app stores your chosen nickname, answers to the 20-question check-in and the resulting reflection summary, practice choices, daily-practice and pause progress, entries you write, cards, and app settings in local app storage. This lets you revisit records and continue your practice. You choose whether to provide a nickname or free-text entries.
Answers and summaries are prompts for reflection and practice. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or assessment of a health condition.
Permissions and information from other apps
This app does not read other apps’ screens, your contacts, call or message history, location, camera, microphone, or photo library. Social sharing uses Android’s share feature to hand off the card file you choose.
Sharing and external links you choose
When you share a card, Android’s share sheet passes the chosen card image and caption to the app you select. This app does not sign in to social accounts or publish automatically. The receiving app handles that content under its privacy policy and the audience settings you choose. External links are handled by your browser or the destination app.
Achievement cards are designed to leave out private check-in answers and free-text records. You can review the card and caption before sending them.
Retention and deletion
Local settings and records remain until you clear this app’s storage in Android Settings or uninstall it. Android automatic backup and app-data transfer between devices are disabled for this app. Temporary copies of shared images may remain in the app cache until the app, Android, or you clear them. Copies you save or send to another app must be removed separately from that destination. The developer cannot remotely access or delete records on your device.
Support email
If you email support, your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send reach the support team through email services. We retain that correspondence only as needed to handle the inquiry, then delete it unless retention is legally required. You do not need to send private app records or another person’s personal information to receive help.
Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date if the app’s data practices change.
